Ephraim and Friends Foundation (EFF) uplifts deprived and remote island communities across Ghana's Volta Lake region. Focusing on health, education, menstrual hygiene, and welfare support, EFF reaches some of the most isolated populations in the country, delivering essential services where access is hardest.
Mission
This NGO empowers underserved island communities through healthcare, education, and practical support, building resilience and restoring dignity in areas others rarely reach.
